The Med City Talking Trail is an initiative of the Greater Rochester Arts and Cultural Trust, in partnership with the Rochester Downtown Alliance and Rochester Parks and Recreation. The Med City Talking Trail consists of 30 public works of art. The goal is to strengthen the connections to local art and artists by sharing the stories of the incredible creators who splash color into our everyday spaces. What makes this Talking Trail unique is that where possible, the artists themselves have recorded their personal stories, providing for a more intimate connection with the artwork through the artist's voice.

The Med City Talking Trail is made possible through the generous support of the Carl and Verna Schmidt Foundation, the Amadio Family Arts Fund, and the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council (SEMAC). This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
