Before you is the most intricate sculpture along the Enchanted Highway, “Fisherman’s Dream,” which features a 70 foot long Rainbow Trout springing over the crest of a wave, while 35 foot long Northern, Walleye, Salmon, Bluegill, Catfish, and Smallmouth Bass swim below. Whether you’re fishing at North Dakota’s grand Lake Sakakawea, the Might Missouri or one of the many small lakes home to family fishing holes and hot spots, all the fish you see before you can be caught right here, in North Dakota. Atop, a fisherman casts his line into the water, patiently awaiting the next bite. He sits in a boat that once belonged to designer and builder Gary Greff’s father. Gary says he remembers his dad going out fishing every time he looks up at it. Another boat at the foot of the sculpture is a sunken ship for visitors to enjoy.
