The 1931 Waco (Wah-ko) QCF2 marked the end of an era; though it was quite popular in the early 1930’s, Waco converted to building cabins shortly after this plane was manufactured. This green bi-plane was restored right here, in Minot. A later model from Waco, the 1937 Waco VPF7 before you, was 1 of 9 built for the Guatemalan military. At the time, it had machine guns and bob rack installed. Now, it has been remodeled to give rides. Amazingly, it is 1 of only 2 remaining in the world.
